Attention All Officers,

It is my great privilege to announce the expansion of the mighty Anglo-Allied Army to include commands in both the Portuguese and Spanish contingents! Our venerable army commander has endured countless nights with no sleep to ensure that these fine brigades are represented under our honorable colors. Three cheers for Generaal Marco Bijl!

Actually the literacy rate of Spain is much higher than the norm: 97.9
