I have had some odd pbem problems since I downloaded the recent patch so decided to reinstall the game.
This has proved impossible I now find the John Tiller site is down for maintenance could this be a problem?

I don't know if this applies to your situation, but you would want to be sure that your PBEM opponents are also upgraded with the new update. One of my opponents had that problem before he was updated along with me. Though, as I recall in older games (perhas as far back as Talonsoft days), an update would not affect on-going games, but I'm getting the feeling that is not the case anymore...

I have now uninstalled the game and tried to reinstal, get as far as inputing the serial number then it comes up with "2" I ok that and nothing
I have emailed John Tiller Support perhaps they can sort it out

Yes, hopefully the site is down simply for maintenance, and they will surely reply in short order. I have always found them helpful (though being a weekend...).

If you read the website the maintenance was planned. A note was put up almost two weeks ago.

It was just for two days so once it is back up you will have no problem getting your update/program to download.

For Club Games: I prefer the Single Phase mode of play. I prefer to play with the following options OFF:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)

It was not a criticism just and observation!
We are not all technical minded and occasionally need some help and assistance.
I for one am not familiar with downloading games with serial numbers and limited installation.

Still can't download the update from Tillers site. Still get server down for maintenance.

I just downloaded the 1.01a update for Leipzig a couple of hours ago so it looks like it is back up.

There was a major upgrade to the site that they had to accomplish first. The site should be back up and operational for the downloading of updates. The sales part of the site was down as well.

If someone wants to check out the sales feature, buy a game, and report back here, well that is HIGHLY appreciated!

Do that test as often as you like! The more tests done the better for all of us!

Are you guys inundated with enough scenarios to play yet? I just put 8 new scenarios together for the next title over the weekend. Working on 8 more this week!

Six new maps and eight more on the way. Oo la la!
