Has anyone ever read the Ties of Blood series of Napoleonic novels by Peter Youds? These novels focus on the Pennisular War.

Did a quick check and they are available on Amazon for the Kindle which makes me happy. If you're a Prime member you can "borrow" them for nothing.

Never have Mark, but I have read all the Sharpes Rifles and those are a lot of fun to read. :D

About 70% through the first book in the series and it's been a nice read. I was able to borrow it with my Prime membership for the Kindle so gave it a shot. I'll probably pick up the next one if the finish of this one is good. I also picked up this title for $0.99 yesterday and should get to it soon.
