Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

I am looking to start purchasing the hps games i was just wondering which would be the best to get first, as in the most popular, as i was thinking of getting waterloo firstand do i get the expansion for it as well, peoples opinions would be much appreciated thanks gents.

Waterloo has historically been the most popular and you will find that almost everyone in this club has a copy of it. I think the expansion is separate from the game, but I am sure we can get you set up with one. I actually don't think I have the expansion myself.

Waterloo has been updated to v1.04 and the Expansion pack is available at:

Of course, without the main game, the expansion pack is not viable.

Just to elaborate, the Expansion for Waterloo is free. I'd recommend Waterloo first for James. Then probably Leipzig and Eckmuhl.

Thanks gents I purchased waterloo I didn't get the expansion but upgraded to 1.04 I will look to get some of the others of the next few weeks but I didn't see Leipzig on the list, but thanks for the thoughts anyway now to get down and study the game engine lol.

John Tiller started his own company and his last three titles are available via direct download there. Leipzig is there, along with 1814 and Bautzen.
