Any word on whether the patches affect games in progress? Usually they do not but I have a game going in Jena need to be sure.

For whatever it's worth, my mods for Jena and Austerlitz are fully compatible with the new official patches. While I was taking a look to make sure I made a few minor adjustments so the version numbers of the mods have gone up slightly.
