Gentlemen Officers of All Armies:

Please join me in a toast to the promotion of the esteemed commander of our Portuguese Brigade, Jose Angel (Trane) Barredo, to the rank of full Colonel. :P :P :P

From the dispatches I have received, it appears that you French officers are still standing before the defenses on the approach to Lisbon, scratching your heads, and agonizing over what you should do next. :shock: :shock: :shock:

I have a suggestion, but you probably would not like it. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
