Starting today the IIIe corps will have a chef d'etat-major.

Lieutenant Mark Hornsby has been volunteered and been promoted to this position.

Not so long ago I too was a chef d'etat-major, and suddenly I was in command of a Corps myself. 8)

Enjoy the assignment, and luck to you!
