I am pleased to announce that
Général en Chef Pierre Desruisseaux
has been awarded the
Etoile Militaire
for achieving over 10 victory points in victories over allied forces. General Desruisseaux's total record is 5 major victories, 1 minor victory, 3 draws and 2 major defeats for a win percentage of 54.5% and loss percentage of 18.2%.

Please join me in congratulating the general on his achievement.
