On behalf of His Imperial Majesty and Prince Repnin, I am delighted to award Igor Kovalchuk with the rank of Kaptain and command of the 2nd Grenadier Division's glorious Light Artillery Battery #20.
Please join me in welcoming this veteran officer back to Active Status in the NWC and to his new command in the Russian Artillery.

Well Jim , from a French perspective it seems obvious to me that he joined the Russian side of the coalition for one reason - and that reason is probably because he wanted to arrive before the battle was actually over.
