A long-long time ago, in summer 2005, your humble servant made a first step in enlisting on a postgraduate programme. In October 2005 all the formal precedures were completed and I officially entered it. Yesterday the last dot in this story was put: the diploma of candidate of technical sciences (equal to English/American PhD, French Docteur and German Doktor) was delivered. The process was plagued by umerous delays and missed deadlines. Which in urn accounts for numerous battles that were not brought to the end due to a lack of time or a self imposed constrains. Nevertheless it's finished now, so... drinks are on Dr. Kosyanenko :smug:

Congratulations Anton on finally attaining that elusive PH.D. I am sure that your wife and daughter will be delighted with the extra time you can now devote to your family.
Your many friends in the NWC, especially your fellow Russian Officers, will be equally delighted to see you in action on the field of battle more often.
