Gentleman, on account of his recent victories, Gen Dale Lastowicka has been awarded a patent of nobility with the title Freiher.

He is Freiher of Galizien und Lodomerien (his father’s family originated in Galicia). He also qualifies for an honorary command in the Grenadiers, and has chosen Grenadier Batallion Brezeczinsky.

Please excuse my horrible German and ignorance of all things award related (I am learning!). Scott was going to award this in his eloquent style, but alas he is in reserve at the moment.

A drink on me!

Congratulations!
I'm a bit confused, I think it should be Freiherr( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freiherr ), but I also find a lot names with Freiher either as first or last name.
