Well thanks again to all who have been rooting for me during this incredible journey. As many of you know I did get a job as a guard at a backup car lot where a local Toyota dealer stores their cars.
After joining I worked with the owner to create a schedule, guard logs, and post instructions. He pays me a fee on top of my wages ...
After only six weeks on the job I will become the guard supervisor for scheduling the employees at our two guard locations. I have been a guard supervisor before but not in this larger capacity. My main job is to build the schedules and work with the guards if they have scheduling conflicts. I do not have to handle personal matters.
I get a pay increase and there will be more work he wants me to do as well. After six months I will get another increase if all goes well.
My goals are to pay off my bills, get a better place to live and then get a vehicle. Right now a car is not a priority and cars here are expensive for gas, insurance and registration. The bike is working ok for now.
Am hoping six months from now to be in new quarters and to be on my way to much better days! Thanks again to all that have sent their wishes on my regard.
