On behalf of His Imperial Majesty, Tsar Alexander and Feld-marshal Prince Repnin, I am pleased to announce the following two awards for Polkovnik Petr Michalek of the Vilno Infantry Regiment.

The Order of St. George the Victor III class (St. George points exceed 50: Major Victory over French Marshal Bruce Hall in S2013F0264, and over French General Art Ozols in S2013F0267).

The Order of St. Vladimir IV class (Anna & Vladimir points exceed 20 with Major victories in S2014F0253 & S2015F0017).

Please join me in saluting and congratulating this distinguished Coalition Warrior.
