Effective this date, General Mark Oakford will assume overall command
Of Réserve de Cavalerie.

I wish to thank the good General for stepping forward to ensure strong leadership
Is continued in Réserve de Cavalerie.

I wish to also thank Einar Jon Másson for his service and look forward to seeing his
name on many victory reports.

Drinks are, of course, at the new commanders expense :frenchroll:

Welcome one and all! Helga, the drinks are on me. I'm sure that John Corbin, having appointed me can loan me sufficient funds to pay until my new and stupendous salary becomes available! :thumbsup:

I'll even allow a few quiet ales (or barrels of beer) for those shopkeepers and their allies who wish also to partake. :frenchdrunk:

However, with France at war with England and the war chest lost in Russia (or did Napoleon run off with it when he left for Paris?) your pay may take some time coming. :russianveryhappy:
