Title/scenario choice is up to the combatants but it is best to keep it small.

Ensure you are both in agreement as to optional/house rules.

To keep things on track, the following 2 rules are being added this round and all future rounds

1 - Failure to communicate with your opponent within 2 weeks, allows your opponent to claim a victory.
2 - Fixed time limit of 8 weeks.

End date for round 2 is Sunday November 12, 2017

This is a hard limit. At the end of 8 weeks, the winner will be determined by:

A – Current victory level at the end of 8 weeks

Or in the event that the current victory level is a draw:

B – The side with the lowest casualty count

Or in the very unlikely event that the casualty count is equal

C – The side who lost the fewest leaders

Our game is underway. Time limit is no problem. Trying to slow Paco down is!

I am keeping to a steady file pace and savoring the game rather than "be the first one to finish and get a door prize!"
