I am just re-joining the club after a three year absence. Could someone please enumerate all house rules in effect at present?

I would like to avoid committing any faux pas when I start playing again.

Note: I'm not starting this thread to elicit a debate over various house rules, just to list them so I know what I can and cannot do when I start playing again.

Welcome back Chris.

House rules are whatever you agree with your opponent before the game starts. If none are discussed and agreed, you are in your right to assume that the gloves are offc and anything goes [:D]

Thank you. I thought there were some club wide rules regarding use of skirishers, and such.

I don't have enough experience with the system, yet, to really create an informed opinion. Although, I do see a lot of threads about wanting to change this & that in the system.

Chris

Click the Home link at the top of the page, then scroll down until you find a link to Optional House Rules. That is a pretty good starting point for a discussion with your opponent, irrespective of the game system you are using.
