Attention Napoleonic game designers. The above link is to the Napoleon Series. It is vital to your work. You should have it on your bookmarks, or favorites, and should use it as much as you do the scenario editor when you're creating new oobs. Why?

Over the past few years a few individuals have posted several lists of regimental commanders for the various armies. Some lists are more complete than others.

There should be very, very few Col Phatoms in your oobs anymore. Please take the time to copy and paste the commander's names into your oobs for future titles. It would be nice to see that happen in any future patches, as well.

It greatly adds to the flavor of the games, and shows the consumers your committed to producing the best researched games on the market.

Its one of those things you try and eliminate as a designer. Seeing the "Pink Panther" (aka "Phantom") in an OB is annoying to say the least. Especially if your name is Clouseau!

I used Hourtoulle's work on the 1806 campaign to supply alot of the French regimental commanders. As I get the time to remove "Le Phantom" I will do so. But only if the old Pink cat doesnt bite! [:D]
