Gentlemen,

I will be unable to send any game returns until after Easter (after 11 April '07).[:(]

I wish to report the demise of my home (gaming) pc as at 6.53 pm on Saturday, 24 March '07. [xx(] The poor thing suffered a lingering demise over the preceding ten days or so, with emergency surgery performed often but it was determined on late on Saturday afternoon as being insufficient to prevent black screen disease taking hold.[8]

Fortunately, PC had prviously agreed for organ donation to occur and parts will be reused to help create a healthy machine in due course.

In short terms, the motherboard, CPU and fan combination died from the lack of a fan. The DVD reader/burner is also suspect and will also be replaced. Whether or not I upgrade to broadband at this time is another issue.

New purchases will require a full install and other priorities, neglected during the many battles to save PC will now have to take some precedence.

My apologies to you all. I will contact my chain of command and game partners/opposition on my return.
