I notice that there are many Col Ranks and few General rank in the Granarmee please explain it saids with so many points General with so many points col ?

Promotion to the General ranks requires that the officer accept some sort of administrative duties with in the club or army.

What can I myself do for the Armee to get that rank I'm open. Imost have misunstood what it said ?
