Wow Bill !! I had never seen this before (not being a frequent visitor to the Tavern has it's drawbacks)

Anyway, I installed the files and have to say thanks for the fine work, wow so much easier to see the road network.

Great stuff, I hope sincerely everything works out at home.

Thanks John. The artpack was a real bear to make. Hope to do something with the streams eventually but not in a hurry!

Am moving soon (I hope) to take advantage of the lower prices on homes. Hoping to get into a bigger place by next summer but will be renting for a year.

Bill, I've already downloaded this art pack for the ACW games and it looks great. I thank you for all of your efforts, it is greatly appreciated. But by placing this post in the Napo club site are you saying it will also work with the Napo games?

Yes, the NAP_ROADS.ZIP is for Nappy games. That's Redcoats for ya, you can lead them to water...[:D]

I say, I am sorry about that, old Chap. At my age I've only got time to read the first half of the post. I completely missed that end part about the Napo Roads. Ah, chronological advancement, you've got to love it. [:D]

Each of my packs is particular to the series in FILENAME only.

Its the same file but with different names as in some cases they are not the same.

Thus the Panzer series uses a different filename for the same 2D roads file than the Napoleonic or ACW series.

Thus you cant use the Nap artpack for all of the series unless you were to rename the files.

Other than that its still the same.

Huh?? The above seems contradictory; with one statement you say:

"Its the same file but with different names as in some cases they are not the same."

I think it is best to use the NAP file for Nappy games, the Panzer file for Panzer Games and the ACW file for ACW games.

Anything else would be confusing.

Helga a round to this table from my purse please!

A salute to the Colonel our famous game developer and some NZ wine for the General.

Down it quickly gents my purse will run out quick.
Vive l'Empereur!

Perhaps Muddy will look up from his tournament books for a minute to salute his King as well.

I think the only person confused here was the US Marine Corps.

But what else is new?[;)]

But let me restate the sentence so it is more clear:

"Its the same file but with different filenames for each series - thus the graphics are the same but the filenames are different."

Most of us dont want to rename the filenames. And of course that is why I put up three packs.

I would put up the EAW set again Ernie but you kicked me off of the CCC forum. So piss on you and your club. You guys can save a copy of the pack and rename the files on your own time. Just look the files up in your EAW series Map subdirectory and rename mine to match yours if you like. But dont expect me to waste my time with a bunch of fools that dont want a guy to come around and give them free stuff now and then. I have no time for people that want to act like idiots and make rules like that for their members.
