Monsieur I have never seen the Old Guard beat any one in these games it's all about the numbers I have attack e and d's in the flank the rear surrounded them but 800 vs 300 0r 400 just wont stop them. Oui they run but a 800 man line and ten of them the Guard will run !

Hey, Cliff, I am going to restart this topic in the Rhine Tavern. I think this challenge thread is about exhausted anyway, but this is really a topic for the RT. It is very easy to comment and then get drawn into a discussion. My fault entirely.

Monsieur I have played 1815 since it came out both sides and the only time that the French had the advantage was when better French Commanders ran over me in the old Blitz style of play. Now the Commander of Austrian Army had the allied and move them to a central location and stop my Blitz cold. When you find another Frenchmen to play this am here but not one of them 140,000 Prussians and 130,000 Anglo armies vs 120,000 French!

Monsieur I just played 1815 since with a Jr French officer and he couldn't make it out of the first city I had him surrounded the whole game!

I have not gotten any reply on what game or who is playing am setting on my horse waiting for some allied player to knock me off of it! 1805 1806 1815 there is a nice long game in 1805 were the Allies have a great Armee to fight been beat many times in that one #t1! Can you stand these long games ???? 250 turns!
