As I sit at a table on the sidewalk of a very tastefully done café near the Spanish encampment where forces are gathering for a most horrendous battle, I gaze at the Gazzette and read the news of this forthcoming storied battle. My first thought is that I am glad I am not in the front lines! This will leave a mark. Second thought is that there will be some very nice French battle souvenirs on the market soon. With Christmas fast approaching a shiny, heavy cavalry helmet, slightly dented, will make a great chamber pot.
