You need to look again. The Coalition needs 2,001 points to achieve a Draw, 3,000 points for a Minor Victory, and 4,000 points for a Major Victory. This means that the Coalition player must destroy 16,675 French Infantry without losing a single man to get a Draw while fighting uphill against the better army of the two. Fully half of the 6,000 man Coalition advantage you cited are E Morale Cossacks, the Russian Infantry is almost entirely Restricted and only fire at 60% of the effectiveness of their French adversaries, and the Russian Command structure is notably poorer.
I am not sure who taught you how to access a scenario, but when you do find the time, I will certainly be glad to play the French against you in #21A so that you may teach me the fallacy of my ways.
