I see no irony in the situation at all, only a few sore losers.

David and yourself are merely engaged in agitation because your are upset that most of the people in the club do not agree with you. David is not asking a reasonable question as there is realyl not much difference at all in how the new rules will affect anything the Corps Commanders do. This was expalined to David earlier in this thread and yet like a broken record he persists in a seemingly endless loop. Now I assume you have also read all the posts in this thread so I can only conclude that you have a very shot attention span or you are also simply interested in attempting to cause additional irritation and discontent. You know there are very real psychological disorders that cause people do this......

If you had read more carefully what I said instead of looking for some lame attacks you would have known that:
Before the new rules: we didn't really follow the old rules: the chain of command wasn't used anymore, to be accounted as present you had to answer the muster by email and then last time it was only by answering on the French Forum.
After the Yes vote for the new rules (meaning that now we are supposed to do what is said).
We (corps commanders) are supposed to track the officers who don't answer to the muster and see if they comply to the "active" membership status (see section 2 of the rules). So far I have some questions with 2 of the requirements to be active:
forum activity => I don't want to spend time looking for meaningful messages from members of my corps.
game activity => currently I don't have access to that information unless I ask to the administrator of the DoR.
As for "Maintains accurate records of officers in his command. This would include such things as OBD Points, Medals, Ranks and Email Addresses." I can see the OBD points in the muster, I can see the email (updated by the member himself) but I don't receive email from the system telling me if someone in my corps might be due for a medal or a change of rank which would facilitate my work and I am sure it could be easily implemented in the system.
