Gentlemen Officers of the Rhine Tavern,

Please join me in a toast to our newest Brigadier General, Omar Quatar, commanding officer of the elite Leib Battalion of our mighty Brunswick Brigade! :P :P :P

May the legend of your martial prowess precede you, as do the terrified masses of the panicked French as they flee your certain retribution for the miserable wars that their murderous rebellion against the just and benvolent laws of mankind have caused.
