Imperial Russian Army - New Officer Assignment


On behalf of Alexander I, Emperor of Russia & the Imperial Russian Army & 2nd Western Army Chief of Staff (CoS) Mayor Josh Jansen, please help me welcome the following new officer of the Imperial Russian Army:
