Gentlemen, I hereby announce that, on behalf of the Continental Congress, and on recommendation of the club cabinet, the new Colonial Commmander-in-Chief, Colonel Mike Cox, has seen fit to bestow upon the outgoing Commander-in-Chief, <b><font color="yellow">Lt. Colonel David O'Connor</font id="yellow"></b>, in recognition of the services he has rendered the club and his army, the highest decoration this club can award, the <font color="yellow"><b>Order of Franklin</b></font id="yellow">.
