Gentlemen,

Following a suggestion by the Commanding Officer of the CCC Training Centre, Colonel Larry Davis, the cabinet has seen fit to authorize the creation of two new medals with which to reward officers for their contributions to the training program. These medals are:

<b>1. The Distinguished Training Service Medal</b>

Awarded by the Commanding Officer of the Training Centre for 10 recruits successfully trained.

<b>2. The Outstanding Training Service Medal</b>

Awarded by the Commanding Officer of the Training Centre for 25 recruits successfully trained, or for other outstanding contributions to the CCC Training Centre.
