Normally, it is the duty of the army CIC to announce recruits newly assigned. However, Since Rich is on detached service for this week, I will take the liberty, (whoa! did that word come out of me gobber? Damme!) of sending out the following:

Please welcome to our hallowed hall of heroes Gary Hoover. He has been assigned to the Indian Alliance. He has F&I, and ardently wishes to engage in a scuffle or two with any and all comers.

I'm sure you will find him a worthy opponent. Drop by and say Halloo... no rum PLEASE. His address is on the Training page.
