Gentlemen, I hereby announce that, on behalf of His Most Christian Majesty, and on recommendation of the club cabinet, the new French Commmander-in-Chief, Lt. Colonel Vicomte Roubaud, has seen fit to bestow upon the outgoing Commander-in-Chief, <font color="yellow"><b>Lt. Colonel Vicomte Schulte</b></font id="yellow">, in recognition of the services he has rendered the club and his army, the highest decoration this club can award, the <b><font color="yellow">Order of Lafayette</font id="yellow"></b>.
