What Bug???? Phil could not remove his men because my 3 sunken ships were firmly holding their toes to the waters bottom !!!! [:o)]

And unlike Phil (even though I'm in the Irish contingent) a draw IS A WIN in the French venacular [;)][8D][:o)] .. at least according to Herr Zuels [:)] (that was some great banter, Bill!)

Really though, the duel may result in victories for some French ... just not against Phil. [:D]

Phil, I enjoyed each one of the 24 turns ... but then I enjoy chess too ... [8)]

Garry - the only way I can ever beat Phil is to play him in Brandywine where most of us know my attack plan by now - divide and destroy! Otherwise I am as much cannon fodder for him.

I remember having the same game-block with Jim Dobbins. I would play him time and time again as either side in NIR and he would always stomp me.

Not many folks have that reputation with me with Phil is one of them!
