Sirs, I come in here with sad news. My forces at Saratoga have been driven away by General Phil Natta. At first my boys were driving, but the old general rallied his troops and turned the tied. Seems the general anticipated every flanking move I made, and my biggest mistake was notwaiting for all my free forces in order to make the attack in depth and strength. So I Salute the General (but not that wig <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> ) A round for one tough adversary. <img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>

Tony. I am wondering which "free forces" you are referring to? The fixed units? It is my understanding that they are never "freed up" no matter the turn for the length of the game unles they are fired upon or meleed. Please enlighten me as I have been frustrated more than once by those "fixed" units. Thanks.

Sir, You start out with some fred units but they are spread out some what. Since I was not sure where he would strike I kept them dispersed. Uo at the far left of the line there is a brigade orso that does free up also. I failed to unite them all before I moved. Other than that yoiu are right.

It's not the wig, believe me. I am currently being mauled by the fluffy terror Bartholemew! It's like fighting against a small, fluffy tasmanian devil I tell you! I think next time I deal with Natta, I'll go somewhere where poodles don't do well... somewhere near the Moskowa may do the job.

There seems to be an aura of invincibility about that poodle! I've been in the club for over a month and I've yet to see anyone mention getting close to driving that dog off the field. Has anyone thought about a well placed round from one of those Pennsylvania farmer rifles? Or, better yet, someone should bring a Rottweiler to the front.

(Personally, I think it's the commander who owns said dog)

Yankees...you are no longer safe (nor dry) hiding behind those trees! By the graces of His Majesty, our good King George, the poodle in His service known as Bartholemew, is hereby elevated in rank to that of 1st Foot GUARD DOG, belovedly known to the regiment as "The Piddling Poodle of Londontown".
