Sirs, As the new CDR of the Eastern Department, I am calling a muster and have sent out couriers to all. This will help me and my ADC Cecil Burke to know who is still with us and active. A new webpage will be made shortly as well as a possible reorganization based on approval from out CiC and the amount of personnel we have. With your help we will make the Department into an even meaner fighting machine than it is now. I hope to have the Department in such a state that those misguided Lobster Backs will see the error of thier ways and sail back home to kiss the boots of that Fat wanna be German King [:D]
