Gentlemen,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Garry Cope to General de Division (Major General) in the French Army. Garry is the senior member of our Army and is an inspiration to all of our junior officers. Join me in congratulating him on this post of honor.

Congratulations General! Doubtless this means that extra French Divisional reinforcements will be appearing in our current battle. I shall order my female camp followers to start ripping petticoats to make myself a white flag [B)]
