I have a new oob/map packet available for 1776 owners. Below are the descriptions for the two included scenarios, one an oob review scenario and one an actual game. Hope you enjoy the map it is BIG!
I sent a mass mailing to 97 members, if you didn't get the packet and would like to, let me know.
------
Club What If OOB Review Scenario

5 different armies listed under both the Britsh Flag and the
American Flag to allow for various alliance set-ups and civil
wars. **** ONly the BLUE TEAM (amries listed under the American
flag, are on the map. The RED TEAM, those under the British flag
are not on the map, but the armies are identical.) 4 armies are
@ 9,000 men or more - the Americans, the English, the French
and the Germans. The Native American Army is only about 1,300.
The map is 6 miles wide by 15 miles deep. There are 5 pdt files
in the zip packet - clear, rain, mud, snow and hot. This set
is given to all so they may make what-if campaigns and scenarios
'til the cows come home. ;-) Enjoy! **** All leaders are rated
D D. The armies are organized in two platoon companies except
for troops that are rated L, skirmishers, then they are in 12-14
man squads. This makes them weak enough in numbers that they
will be able to screen, scout and skirmish but not stand up in
a line of battle forever. Each army has its own slight differences
offering different strengths and weaknesses.
-----
Butler's Raid

BGen N.Butler leads his cavalry brigade on a raid against a Colonial
seaport. A British cavalry brigade will appear near the top of
the map. They must exit off the bottom of the map through one
of the three exit hexes. They may capture the wagons scattered
across the map at the various farms for victory points as well
to represent them ravaging the countryside. The Colonials have
a garrison in the seaport citry but it may be slow to respond
to the threat. A Regiment of Colonial Infantry returning to its
garrison happens upon the scene. **** NOTE Should the Brit player
decide to ride down the road and make a quick exit it would take
only about 5 turns, so there is plenty of time to pillage and
plunder. ****
