Sir,

We are about to meet on a field in 1776 on your demand. Well, my HQ has been waiting for days now on a confirmation. Are you drunk again?[:(!]

Insults will get you nowhere, Sir. Gen Natta does NOT drink and get drunk. He imbibes medicinal spirits prescribed by his doctor and Dr Bart is never wrong.[;)]

And while we're at it, please, Sergeant, don't insult my officers. I may take offence. We may fancy a drink once in a while but of course we're never drunk.

Fear the King and pay your taxes! [}:)]

Yes yes I'm here Sergeant Van Canegem, over here in the dark corner where the dust doesn't rise from the floor with every step you unkempt Yankees take. [:p] Now you sent back a courier saying that you were quite engaged already with other battles eh what? And since I too am hard pressed on all fronts I thought it generous to allow you to survive a few more days. But, let's have at it Sir. Details to follow privately.

Well, there was that one time if you remember General, in Boston at Madam DeLancey's Grand Ball? I rode my steed into the ballroom, and I believe that a lampshade had replaced your tricorn....[:0]

Oh that ... that was just because being mounted your vision was obscured by the chandelier. Of course my attire was immaculate. [:D]
