Be it known, amoung the ranks of the CCC that Corporal R.J.B. Launchbury though he is not yet an officer, is indeed a true gentleman.

Corporal Launchbury immediately pointed out to me an error (sending the wrong turn) and offered very gracious terms.

His drinks are on me this day!

For some reason I have received copies of the final correspondence of these two promising young NCOs and I have noticed that in this affair they both behaved in the way true Gentlemen should. Both armies can be proud to number such fine men in their ranks. My hat's off to both of them. [^]
