Gentlemen,

It is with much regret that I have decided to step down as CiC of the French Army. Real life is taking too big of a chunk out of my day for me to be able to properly run this Army the way I feel it needs to be run. However, I am more than happy to announce that Phil Roubaud, my former ADC, will be taking over command effective Sunday, February 1, 2004. His replacement at the ADC position will be Denis du Villaret, a definite up-and-comer through the ranks. These gentlemen will no doubt provide solid leadership for our Army. I will remain on as webmaster for the Army.
