Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

This morning my son may have fried my computer. He could not get the monitor on, don't know why, so he flipped the power switch on the surge protector several times.

Needless to say, when I got up the computer did not respond. No power light, no whiring sound of the hard drive spinning up nothing. I had to go to work, and hope that when I get home it has corrected itself (maybe a safety mechanism), but I'm not very hopeful.

Should the computer be dead, I'll keep in touch by stoppoing in at the local library (where I'm at now for lunch.) Gaming will have stopped though, and possibly all my work (game development, etc) may be lost. I don't know how hard or expensive it is to recover stuff from the hard drive of dead computers.

Won't be any new computers at my house 'til tax return season next year. [:(] Wish me luck!
