Colonial Campaigns Club (CCC)

This thread is a follow up on my 'Poll' thread.

Would the club be interested in using Age of Sail for Navies within the club? I would propose that each country could have a navy, for those who may join the club to primarily play naval games.

We could then use Age of Sails for the naval tactical game within 'combined' land/sea campaigns. Unless John would patch the campagin engine to access AGe of Sail automatically, players would need to manually access AOS to play out any naval actions. Within the campaign they would then simply place a termination bid equal to the level victory achieved in the battle.

I think many more in this club are comfortable with online gaming since they have actively participated in games at the NCC, so this idea has merit, at this time.

I found my AOS CD, but if I recall there were patches and a 32-bit upgrade for it. Any help accessing these would be appreciated.

This idea may not be for everyone, but could add some more flavor to those who are interested in naval battles or more complete campaign influences.
