Since we just passed through another hour change, I thought I would mentioned something I read recently on time during the War of 1812.

(Never can find a book when I'm about to quote it, rats!)

Canadian author, the book is about the 1813 campaign, same guy that wrote about Lundy's Lane and Chippewa in other books. Fascinating stuff, a definite must read for all Wo1812'ers.

Amyway, he mentioned that when referencing time during that war, the Brit/Canadians were an hour ahead of the US. Atlantic Time we call it now, I think, vs. Eastern Time.

Wouldn't that put a nice little twist on reinforcements? The scenario write up gives you AT and the troops show up on ET. hehehe...
