Potential New Members Please Read

Thanks for taking an interest in our Club!

We strive to make every effort to respond quickly to a your joining form. Sometimes real life can take us away for a few days. Also our joining form system, though better than our last system, has some flaws that can sometimes cause your form to get lost.

Likewise, email systems can cause messages to get lost too sometimes. I normally send an initial contact email. Typically they get through, but sometimes, for whatever reason, they might not reach you. We don't hear back from you & you think we are ignoring your request to join. I try to send several over a long period before I decide it is too late. If you are someone I recognize from another organization I will try extra hard, as often I know who you are.

But you can help us with this too. If you happen to not hear from us at all within a few days of filling it out, please email:
