For those that would like a flag for their sig file and don't have access to remote linking, I've posted a few on my site.

The links are:

Image
[$img]http://www.counselman.net/wargames/britflag_s.gif[$/img]

Image
[$img]http://www.counselman.net/wargames/colon_s.jpg[$/img]

Image
[$img]http://www.counselman.net/wargames/french_s.gif[$/img]

Note:
You MUST remove the $'s from the [$img] and [$/img] brackets when you paste the ENTIRE link. The brackets ARE part of the link.

Enjoy Gentlemen,

Your Most Obedient Servant,

All this gnashing of teeth about Stamp tax, tea taxes, blah blah blah. Look at the the services you get for this expenditure. Well done Ken, very well done for a new club member

I concur Scott, great job Ken, thanks! Were the King to have such allegiance from the locals as he has from our loyal Hessian friends, we'd all be one big happy mother country. And Ken you could retire back to Cassel in luxury, a rich nobleman and famous brewmeister perhaps. But noooooo [:p]
Try them gents, just put the text of which flag you want between "img" brackets.

<center><font color="gold">Major General Sir Phil Natta, K.C.B.</font id="gold"></center><center><font color="white">HM 1st Foot Guards</font id="white"></center><center><font color="red">British Army</font id="red"></center><center>Image</center>

Thanks Ken,

That French flag looks right pretty... at least as pretty as a French flag can. [:D]

Hm, shouldn't you, as a proud RNAC officer, fly the Union Jack rather than the old flag? His Majesty is King of Ireland, too. [}:)]

I won't try typing it again ... hence here is another try: Type the following things:

1. An opening square bracket ([)
2. "img"
3. a closing square bracket (])
4. the URL
5. an opening square bracket
6. "/img"
7. a closing square bracket

Dierk,

You've got a point there! Still I'd much rather prefer a German Coat-of-Arms any day! Maybe not a coat-of-arms from those rapscallions the Hessians, but perhaps from Prussia or Austria. Too bad those nations didn't participate in the ARW.
