All the Guards as well as all of the troops of Saint Petersburg garrison are present on the Dvorzovaya Square. Drums roll breaks and it leaves the square and troops in complete silence. Of course standarts wave on the wind and rare snowflakes fall on the shining bayonets. But no one pays attantion to that. Everyone, all as one, listen to the voice of the Army commander:
