Not by the number of officers. In this case, the best army is the french one ![:D]

I can recongnize that some of you are brilliant opponents : you are one of the best with Konstantin, Sergey, ... etc

Oh, yes I know. Sure you were speaking of your complicated rank like praporshik, podporuchik... In this case, yes you have the most complicated rank list of the club and in a sense, you win the challenge in this point [:o)]
