Vorwärts Meine Kinder!! Vorwärts!!

http://scott-ludwig.com/NWC/Prussia/PrussiaVideo.swf

Our new recruitment video!! After your done, come join us!!

For all ages of these lands stand the prominent one of them all. I speak of Prussia. The Prussian Armee is one of the best chances to make something of yourself in this club or a cool place to relax and disappear from the masses and have some fun if that is your style. We are a low key force that tries to have fun and encourage good gamesmanship and positive additude. We don't require you to be constantly playing games. We don't pester you every month with musters. We don't wipe your existence in the Armee and club away. Our pages kept up to date and offer more than just a gaming HQ with research and historical links too. We offer one of the best medals and promotions system. Not unweildy rank points nor medals based solely on victories. Our medals are exstensive and easy to get, but also a fun challenge. We also have plenty of openings and room for growth.

Listen to these words:

<i>"To advance was impossible, to stay where we were meant certain death, and with our goal so near everyone preferred death to retreat. Our difficulty and danger were growing all the time. Eventually Gaseback [Friccius' adjutant] found a weak place in the wall, to the right between the gate posts and the poor-house. I grabbed the rifle of the nearest Landwehr soldier and battered in the thin wall with the butt. It soon collapsed, because several of the men gave us vigorous help. As soon as the opening was large enough, I jumped through the breach and shouted to my troops, 'You won't abandon me, will you??'

On hearing my call, Captain Motherby leaped to the front and holding up his sword called out, 'Comrades, follow me'!!"</i>

Thus was the brave words men of the 3rd Landwehr Regiment!! All up and down the lines our great GFM was heard to have said: Vorwärts meine Kinder!! That day, that famous day at Liepzig!! General Vorwärts carried his undying quest of Honor and Glory to crush the little corporal!! General Vorwärts would carry the day time and time again!! Fearing nothing and no man!! Death Looked him in the face and he Laughed!!

You know what they say. Once you go black you never got back!!

Besides we played a major part in 2 of Napoleon's 3 defeats!! Like today!! [:D]

The Battle of Hohenfriedberg or Hohenfriedeberg, now Dobromierz, was one of the crowning achievements of Frederick the Great. Frederick's Prussian army decisively defeated an Austrian army under Prince Charles Alexander of Lorraine on June 4, 1745 during the War of the Austrian Succession,

The Prussian Army (German: Preußische Armee) was the army of the Kingdom of Prussia. It was vital to the development of Brandenburg-Prussia as a European power.
The Prussian Army had its roots in the meager mercenary forces of Brandenburg during the Thirty Years' War. Elector Frederick William developed it into a viable standing army, while King Frederick William I of Prussia drastically increased its size. King Frederick the Great led the disciplined Prussian troops to victory during the 18th century Silesian Wars and increased the prestige of the Kingdom of Prussia.
The army was outdated by the beginning of the Napoleonic Wars, however, and Prussia was defeated by France in the War of the Fourth Coalition. Under the leadership of Gerhard von Scharnhorst, Prussian reformers began modernizing the Prussian Army, which participated in the defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte during the War of the Sixth Coalition. If I might add to the find work.

I was challenging you sir however I have just accepted a challenge from Brigadier Graswich. So perhaps if you were ever interested in a tough fight in the future we could battle it out! For now ignore my sabre rattling and Salute!
