As I stated to the prior:
Keep in mind we are talking about MP MULTIPLAYER games not single player games. Single players game are certainly a no can do...but...as for MP games:
I have registered MP games in which not all players were apart of the NWC and we just didn't add that player(s) that weren't when we registered the game. So all members on the form were members. It's not like lopsided MP games are not registered here...they certainly are. You only hurt the members here if you don't allow it.
Besides, how would you enforce it? People can simply just leave the person off and make no mention of them.
