BTW, is it possible to include in the games one more zoom level "2D Extreme Zoom-out" or something like that using a map of comparable size but with units explicitly present?

No, we have no plans to include such a zoom level.

The Jump Map is meant for the next level of detail. We feel that it sufficiently does the job.

Can we get a reponse re: Andy's question as to whether or not other maps will be produced. I may decorate a room with em :).
