That explains it then, on our site all defeats are lumped into one. There is no break out between major and minor. No biggie, just makes us look even better.. :D

Unfortunately how many battles you win have no bearing on the outcome of the war.
Its the last battle that always counts .....sadly....

Mike, I disagree 8)

It’s usually Brand Makers and PR people who make things look what they are not…… Old Hookey was on the best PR people of all times.

The last battle usually means nothing – it’s all decided by the turning point…. 1812 comes to mind…..

Alexey,

There we disagree, had Napoleon's magnificient plan come off then Europe would not have continued the struggle against him. They would have asked for peace which L'Emperor would have accepted. The Austrians would have lost their backbone and the Russians would have withdrwan back to the east seeing that the coalition had disolved and they would have not taken on the French in Europe without it. Europe would have had a very different history indeed

I run the III Corps website. Therefore I do my duty. The French army historically was one of the less communicative in the club and it remains that way. Very little comes down in the way of challenges, invites to MP games, etc. Is this similar in the other armies of the club?

I have thought of transferring back to the Allied camp again as frankly the French army is pretty boring. Our French-Allied outlook is gone meaning that its mainly all French units now. I think that this cuts down the amount of Europeans that want to join our army. No more Poles, Saxons, Bavarians, etc. I have said that that was a mistake and in the end our all French outlook will mean that Poles will just play on the Allied side.

The Anglo-Allied now has the more diverse look and I am thinking of a post in the Anglo-Allied army. I started the Prussian and Austrian armies and might look into those if the price is right (see below).

I volunteered for a command some time back but never got one. I guess I am persona non grata in most clubs due to my fighting nature but hey, I was the only one willing to put up a website for my corps. Or one that could get a webpage going in a timely manner.

If an Allied army needs a guy that can command a brigade or division and I get to keep all of my points then please email me. I like any of the Allied armies and can guarentee you timely webpage work. Even can organize army challenges.

But for what its worth here are my stats:

3/3/4/2/6 - right from the auto system. Read Major Victory on left and Major Defeat on right. Draw in middle.

I enjoy playing the games. I don't win a lot and when I do I hand out admin points to those in my command!

Well when I have a command ... :D

(note: I would still run the III Corps website for the French if they needed me to do so)

For Club Games: I prefer the Single Phase mode of play. I prefer to play with the following options OFF:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)

Gents,

All Anglo Allied stats can be found at the AAA website under "officers Roster" at the right top of the screen of our site. It has always been there.

http://home.scarlet.be/~tsh40803/AAA/Roster.html

With regards to minor and major defeats, it's and inheritance of the old days in AAA record keeping. They only specification was 'defeat'. We cannot restore that, unfortunately.

greetings

Bill, you know perfectly well this is impossible. There are Club rules and they must be equal for all. Once officer changes army, regardless does he change side or not, he loses half of his point, all the awards and titles, but not the VPs.

I just stumbled onto this post....

Bill

If you are not happy in the French army and want a transfer, this is not how you go about it.
