How about this chart:
Actual time:
0 - 100 minutes = 10 turns
101 - 300 minutes = 15 turns
301 - 500 minutes = 20 turns
501 - 700 minutes = 25 turns
700 + = 30 turns
I realize I did not go w/the actual equated minutes to turn. The reason being that at 40 turns for a 600 minute game, it would only take 50 games to get to 2,000 pts. Technically 50 days if you play a game each day. So this will meet the needs of converting minutes into turns, while still keeping the rate of promotion slightly slower.
But I am not sure how many games it takes normally to get to 2,000 points, but it is hard to do in 50 days. So an even balance had to be struck.
